About the Golf4Giving Open
The Golf4Giving Open is an annual event organized by The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary (SAWA), which has a deep desire to help The Salvation Army with their many programs of serving the less fortunate in our community.
When and where is the Golf 4 Giving Open?
The Open will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Golf Club of Indiana near Zionsville, Indiana.

How do I register? How much is it?
You may register as a player, and pay online, by clicking "Register" at the top of the screen, or simply click here. After filling out your player information, you will be sent an e-mail. Click the link in the email, and you will be taken to the payment page. Either pay online, securely, via The Salvation Army Donation Page, or send a check to: The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary, c/o Golf4Giving Open / Jonna Hayes, 11731 Sea Star Way, Fishers, IN 46037. The registration fee for 2011 will be $125.
What type of tournament is the Golf4Giving Open?
The Open is a team tournament for men's, women's and mixed foursomes. The Open is a charity golf outing, benefiting The Salvation Army in Central Indiana.
What will the money raised be used for?
The Salvation Army is committed to Doing the most good for those in need in Central Indiana. Money raised by the Golf4Giving Open will be used to support the many programs that directly assist men, women and children. The Salvation Army provides safety to the abused, supports sobriety for the addicted, and offers shelter to the homeless. What is the schedule for the Open?
- Tentatively, the schedule is as follows:
10:30 am to 12:15 pm - Registration
10:30 am - Driving Range Opens - 12:30 pm - 18-Hole Shotgun Start
- 11:00 am - Silent Auction Bidding Starts
Boxed Lunch
Buffet & Awards Dinner (approx. 5:30 pm) at the close of play.
Silent Auction Bidding Closed.
Who is providing food and refreshments?
Applebee's will be providing our boxed lunch, and Bravo's will be providing our delicious buffet dinner.
